My Healper profile
This section provides an overview of your Healper Profile. Here, we outline your profile’s
structure and key elements. You’ll find essential information about your account, including
your profile page (what clients see), calendar, and journals. We’ll also summarize your
customization options and your profile settings.
My profile page
Your profile is the first thing that clients see when they’re matched with you. It’s designed to be clear and concise, making it easy for potential clients to get to know you and book a
session. Your profile page includes three main sections.
- The therapist: This section introduces you as a therapist and highlights how you can help clients. Since it’s the first thing that potential clients will read, we recommend writing a welcoming introduction that reflects your expertise and approach. If you need more space, consider adding a short video to introduce yourself and let clients get a sense of you.
- The therapy: Here you’ll provide important information about your therapy. This can include a little bit about your methods, specific topics you’re experienced with and what clients can expect during sessions. Keep the language accessible and avoid overloading it with technical terms. Focus on making your approach relatable and easy to understand.
- The clinic: Share practical details about your clinic, such as directions, transportation options, and entry instructions. You can also upload a few photos to give clients a glimpse of your space.
To make changes to your profile, simply click Edit Profile. This allows you to update your text, profile picture, or add a short video. You can also refine details like your areas of expertise, languages, and add any specialisations.
