Opening hours
In this section, you will find guidance on how to set up the opening hours for your clinic.
Additionally, we will provide information about the many flexible options included in the
system. By outlining your opening hours, you can structure your workday and allow clients to make bookings only during times that align with your schedule. Please remember to always save your changes after updating your settings.
Setting up your opening hours
You can set up and adjust your opening hours by finding the calendar overview in your profile and selecting opening hours. Here you can register the time slots during which clients are allowed to book sessions with you. Amongst other things, options include setting weekly opening hours and alternating hours from week to week.

- Start and end times: when specifying the start- and end times of your day, the end time should indicate the time your last session finishes. If, for instance, you allow clients to book sessions that are one hour long and your day ends at 4 PM, the last session they can book will be at 3PM.
- Breaks: you can add standard breaks, such as a daily lunch break.
- Multiple Calendars: if you have multiple calendars, you can set separate opening hours for each. For more information, we refer to the next section in the navigation panel, Multiple Calendars.
- Changes for a specific week: If you want to change your opening hours on a week-to-week basis, you can adjust them by switching between weeks in the calendar.
Settings
In order to meet your needs, our system offers several opportunities when structuring your
opening hours. It is possible to incorporate fixed breaks after every session, provide clients
with a timeslot where new sessions can be booked and much more. Following settings can be found under opening hours.
- Interval: at what interval your available timeslots will be shown, when booking online.
- Hours before a new booking: choose how many hours before a respective session that a client can book it.
- Break after sessions: you can set up a fixed break after every session. Here you can choose how long a break you would like before a new session can be booked.
- Future booking: choose how far out into the future sessions can be booked.
- Instant booking: this function defines if clients should be able to book sessions directly into your calendar. If this function is not activated, clients will instead make a booking request where you can call them up to arrange an appointment.
- Closed on national holidays: here you can indicate if you wish to be closed for bookings on all national holidays. Separate opening hours according to even/odd weeks.
- Separate opening hours for even/odd weeks: activate this if you would like to be able to separate your opening hours according to even/odd weeks. You can read more about this further down in this section.
Differing opening hours for even/odd weeks
If your opening hours depend on whether it is an even or an odd week, you can indicate this in your settings for sessions. If you prefer this, you can activate the setting separate opening hours for even/odd weeks. Always remember to save your settings after you have made changes.
